Concept Development
A good concept is geared to different requirements and creates an experience that offers users content-oriented, functional and emotional added value. It unites content, functionality, navigation and design to produce an optimal user experience.
By evaluating customer requests and target groups, and conducting benchmark analyses, we work with our customers to assess the best way to find an appropriate solution. We help develop a concise briefing that includes the needs of the specific target groups, the main goal of a service or application, its placement, as well as a list of the customer's required contents and functions.
Based on a generic concept, we develop an extended concept that includes the overall information architecture, use case scenarios, all flows and the final content / wording for all screens.
